LZ Config Day and Cookout

A meeting of LZ members to decide how we should proceed into the future. I (zico) will post a meeting agenda later, but the main parts are deciding what kind of legal entity we want LZ to be, and what kind of governing structure that entity will have. When the meeting is done we can start the cookout! Bring something to grill if you'd like.
